Terms of Service

This is a working draft of the agreement between kinob and the leasing agents who use the service.

1. The licensed-professional principle

You remain the licensed professional of record for every listing kinob handles. kinob does not provide legal, financial, or tenancy advice, and never represents itself as a licensed agent.

2. Pricing

$29.99 per active listing per month, plus a one-time $79.99 success fee per listing once it receives its first qualified application. The success fee is charged once per listing — not per applicant. First listing is free until your first qualified application.

3. Cancellation

Pause or cancel any listing at any time. Listing fees are prorated when paused. The success fee, once charged, is non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

kinob may not be used to discriminate against protected classes, to misrepresent listing facts, or in any way that violates local rental, tenancy, or fair-housing law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation.

5. Quebec

kinob is not currently offered to agents operating in Quebec due to provincial language and real estate regulations.
