Do I need a credit card to start?
Yes. A card is required to activate Kinob, but you are not charged until Kinob delivers your first qualified application.
Are the first 5 listings really free?
Yes. Your first 5 Kinob-managed listings are free until Kinob delivers your first qualified application. If Kinob never delivers one, you never pay.
What counts as a qualified application?
A qualified application means the renter has completed the application, uploaded the requested documents, and meets the basic criteria you set — such as move-in date, occupancy, income threshold, and pet policy. Incomplete or abandoned applications do not count.
What happens to my first 5 listings that are managed for free?
Once Kinob delivers the first qualified application for any of your first 5 managed listings, billing begins under the standard pricing: $29.99/month for each active Kinob-managed listing, plus the one-time $79.99 qualified application fee only on listings where Kinob delivers a qualified application.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Pause or cancel any managed listing with one click. There is no notice period or penalty. The monthly managed listing fee is prorated when you pause.
