Privacy Policy

This is a working draft. The final policy will cover what kinob collects, how it is used, the legal basis under PIPEDA / GDPR / state privacy laws, retention windows, processor list, and tenant data handling.

1. What we collect

Account information you provide (name, email, phone, brokerage), listing content you paste, and tenant conversations routed through your kinob assistant.

2. How we use it

To run your assistant, route messages to you, and improve product reliability. We do not sell tenant or agent data, and we do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

3. Tenant data

Tenants who message your kinob assistant are interacting with you, the licensed professional. kinob acts as a processor on your behalf. Conversation transcripts are retained for the life of the listing plus 12 months unless you delete them earlier.

4. Your controls

Export, redact, or delete any conversation, listing, or your entire account from your kinob dashboard at any time.
